Adam sets up a meeting/chat to decide if he will take on a new client. This asks some very pertinent and specific questions of you but also, lets you know the approach he take to training clients.
Adam is eager to work with people, who are already high achievers in other aspects of their life, but need help with their health and fitness. Once these Healthy Training habits, such as time efficiency, good nutrition, stress reduction and increased energy levels are formed, they spill back over onto all aspects of your life, enriching it in the process.
Adam has a specific interest and expertise in working with more mature people who want to improve their strength, flexibility and fitness. Injury concerns are what hold many back from embarking on a fitness programme. Adam and his team address the issue of injury head one and try to help take the correct steps to rectify it.
Through my training as a Lifecoach I learned that coaching is all about working to the goals of the coachee, not the coaches own goals or agenda. The best athletes and businessmen use the best coaches or surround themselves with the best teams. In my own experience of using a Triathlon Coach, a Business Coach and a Lifecoach I can say that a coach improved my performances by up to 30%. That’s pretty serious improvement when you see it in the results and feedback.
