It was so easy during Xmas just to reach for that sweet snack or that bit of xmas cake.
So thus far today – I have had two breakfasts as per usual for me.
at 8.30am after swim training it’s – Natural Greek yogurt, some chopped fruit and some nuts.
11.30 it was some eggs, beans, mushrooms, some baked ham.
Lunch will be some fish and some mushy peas.
