Adam’s Banana Pancake Recipe

This breakfast only requires two main ingredients.

Eggs and bananas

Directions for one person

Heat a frying pan.

Turn on your grill on full heat

Blend 2 eggs and one (not green) banana.

Add a small amount of butter or coconut oil to the pan.
Pour  the pancake mixture into the pan from the blender.

Leave for approx 2 mins.

Then remove the pan from the heat and place it under the grill, in order to cook the upper part.

Leave under grill until golden brown, or approx 2-3mins on full blast.

Caution not to melt the pan handle if plastic – (leave sticking out of grill with door open).

Remove from grill and slide onto a plate.

Add some peanut butter in a strip along the centre of the pancake. Then roll it up and slice to eat.

Note – other additions, could be Greek yogurt, Almond butter, honey etc.

Enjoy the taste and simplicity of it.
